MOJEC Power is one of the leading meter manufacturers in Sub-Saharan Africa. MOJEC manufactures and supplies alongside its international partners, a variety of meters ranging from: Maximum Demand, Whole Current, Prepaid Meters, Automatic Meter Reading system (AMR), to the latest in metering technology Automatic Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
MOJEC required a restructuring of its organization to improve the efficacy of its operations and optimize the distribution of and delivery from its manpower
An organizational restructuring was carried out to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, establish clear reporting lines & communication channels, re-assign strategic roles & responsibilities, and redesign the key operational & governance framework necessary to achieve the company’s objectives.

To engage private sector leaders in a one-day consultative roundtable, which would chart the course for monetary policy to catalyse more robust economic growth
The entire process of planning and delivering this one-day consultative roundtable was coordinated by our team. Key aspects including but not limited to developing the participants and speakers list, detailing the agenda, planning logistics and coordinating on-the-day schedules were elements of our responsibility
A successful consultative roundtable which culminated in a clear set of recommendations and inputs to the CBN Governor’s roadmap. It also led to a second CBN Governor’s Roundtable 2.0 in March 2020, which was expanded to include leaders from public and private sectors, civil society organizations and development agencies.

(Impact Assessment since 2018): The Aliko Dangote Foundation is a philanthropic organization committed to improving the livelihoods of the less privileged across the country.
One of its programs, the Aliko Dangote Foundation Micro Grant Program (MGP) is a N10 billion economic empowerment program that provides one-off cash grants to less privileged women in disadvantaged communities across all 774 Local Government Areas of Nigeria. The program provides this cash grant to beneficiaries with the aim of improving household income generation and livelihoods.
ADF required support for the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the MGP.

NDIC is the independent agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria, mandated to protect depositors and guarantee payments of insured funds in the event that deposit-taking institutions fail.
NDIC required the optimization of process across its key operating departments.
A process improvement exercise was carried out on the Claims Resolution and Asset Management Departments to review key processes, evaluate roles involved in the delivery of these processes, highlight weaknesses and bottlenecks to delivering the processes, identify potential solutions to address the issues, assess the risks to change, test the veracity of proposed solutions and define an implementation agenda
