About AG Partnerships
Alegna Global Partnerships is a female-led professional organisation, which provides services that improve the efficiency and sustainability of our clients’ operations.
Most of the projects that we lead are geared towards increasing the productivity, effectiveness and/or overall profitability of organizations. Whether it is a cost optimization initiative for a manufacturing company, a time and motion study for a large commercial bank or a process improvement project for a Federal Government agency, the objective remains ‘efficiency improvement.’
Projects span various industries and cover the realities that organizations encounter on a regular basis. We are passionate about providing quantifiable support to our clients and work with both the public and private sectors to achieve sustainable incremental growth. Our region of operation is primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa and a significant portion of our experience is within Nigeria, across several states.

RURAL EDUCATION ACCELERATION DRIVE FOR SCHOOLS (READS) provides programs that improve the quality of education and language in disadvantaged schools; supports educators with tools and method that improve learning outcomes and provides programs for children to learn about the bible
HEADMASTER’S CUP
This is a sponsored cup across various schools to promote education and quality of life through sports

Angela Gbemisola Adeboye-Attah
Managing Partner
Angela is the Managing Partner of Alegna Global Partnerships (AGPartnerships), which is a management consultancy focused on improving operational efficiency across emerging markets. She serves as Chairman of Simplified Credit, a technology platform that AGPartnerships developed to facilitate the access of MSMEs to finance. Simplified Credit has enabled tens of thousands of MSMEs to develop simple and credible Business Plans, with many of these businesses accessing funding from financial institutions.
Angela is a member of the Faculty at Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos. She serves on the Governing Board of Royal Family Academy and on the Editorial Board of Thisday Newspapers. She has authored over thirty published articles on public policy and management in Thisday Newspaper. Angela holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Abuja and an MBA from INSEAD, France and Singapore
Michael Adeolu Thomas
Partner
Michael Thomas is a principal consultant with more than 20 years experience covering, Business and Market Analysis, Business coaching, General Management, Corporate Strategy, Financial Advisory, Sales, Human Capital and Consulting.
He is the Managing Partner at Partners In People Africa and a Director of Great Place To Work Nigeria and Ghana, a leading Culture and Organizational Development Consulting firm with operations in 59 countries. Prior to taking up this role, Michael was the Senior Vice President, Africa for Great Place To Work, overseeing the firms mandate across he continent and during which time led several culture transformation initiatives. Over the last two decades, Michael has worked across continents (Africa, Europe and America), in various consulting roles.
Michael has led several Strategy, Culture, Leadership Development and Team Building engagements with the likes of First Bank of Nigeria, MTN, Sterling Bank, Olam, GT Bank, ASCA (French Oil & Gas firm), Unilever and Coca-Cola Nigeria, a Nigerian Bottling Company, Airtel Nigeria amongst several others. He is a tenured facilitator, successful business leader and has been featured on numerous media platforms including CNBC Africa and Forbes Africa.
Michael has an Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, a Masters degree in International Management from University of Maryland, University College and a diploma Strategy and Corporate Finance from the Swiss Finance Academy. He is a certified commercial pilot, flight instructor and aviation enthusiast. He is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Program at the International School of Management (Paris, France).
